Please note trade ordered are to be expected to arrive approximately 3 weeks from the order date. If we can get them out sooner we will. All orders are free postage.

We are VAT registered. Our VAT number is 265 1898 68

Your order confirmation email will be sent with the prices on it but these do not include VAT. Please don’t pay for your order using the information on the order confirmation – wait for your invoice as some items maybe out of stock and it doesn’t include the VAT.

All our products are printed in the UK – This is important to us and we do our best to use local, Welsh or UK producers across all areas of the business.

Discounts and offers – Unfortunately as our trade website is shared with D2C there may be offers from time to time that pop up for direct customers but these are not available to trade customers. Any trade offers will be sent out in the trade newsletters. If you are unclear if an offer is available to you please call us before ordering.

Exclusivity – We try and only have one stockist per town, but this will depend on regular and varied order. For example, if you only order cards we may allow a second stockist to sell our homewares. We would expect orders totalling £800+ per annum to guarantee exclusivity.
